Products / Services
1. Special Fund for Tourism 3 (SFT3)
- OBJECTIVE
Special Fund for Tourism 3 (SFT3) is a collaboration financing programme with Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture
(MOTAC), to support Government’s effort to boost the tourism industry among the small and medium enterprises and to
contribute towards the income for the nation.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· For asset acquisition (land/ building/ equipment) and/or;
· Working capital.
2. Subordinated Financing Programme (SFP) Financing.
- OBJECTIVE
· SFP is a collaboration financing programme with TERAJU to provide financing to Bumiputera companies in the shortfall
of project or plant/machinery cost.
· SFP is a two-tier financing programme in the form of Principal Financing and Subordinated Financing
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· For purchase of plant/ machinery/ equipment.
3. Contract Financing
- OBJECTIVE
· Contract Financing programme is a financing package based on product bundling concept of financing facilities
which are already available in the Bank
· This financing programme is for customers who are Main Contractors or Nominated Sub-Contractors having secured
contract(s) from approved awarding parties mainly government ministries, departments and agencies.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· Working capital including Bank Guarantee.
4. MySMEBina
- OBJECTIVE
· MySMEBina is a financing programme for construction and infrastructure projects awarded by Federal Government,
State Government, Government Link Companies (GLCs) and its subsidiaries.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· Working capital including Bank Guarantee.
5. MySMEBekal
- OBJECTIVE
· MySMEBekal is a financing programme for supply or maintainance contract awarded by Federal Government, State
Government, Government Agencies, Government Link Companies (GLC) and its subsidiaries.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· Working capital including Bank Guarantee.
6. Business Accelerator Programme (BAP)
- OBJECTIVE
· BAP is a collaborative effort programme with SME Corp. Malaysia with the objective to provide financial assistance to
SMEs.
· It is to assist SMEs in strengthening their core business, building capacity and capability, and facilitating access to
financing.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· For purchase of plant/ machinery/ equipment and/or;
· Working capital.
7. Small Business Financing (SBF)
- OBJECTIVE
· Small Business Financing (SBF) is a financing to assist increasing the SMEs product marketability and transform their
business from Micro to Small category.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· Working capital.
8. MySMELady
- OBJECTIVE
· Financing package to women entrepreneurs for business expansion and growth which includes asset acquisition and
working capital.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· For asset acquisition (plant/ machinery/ equipment) and/or;
· Working capital.
9. SME Go
- OBJECTIVE
· SME Go is part of the Government’s economic stimulus package specifically to assist contractors who have been
awarded a contract from Federal or State Governments, Ministries, Departments or Agencies.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
· Working capital.
· Advance Payment Guarantee (APG)
10. SME Technology Transformation Technology (STTF)
- OBJECTIVE
· Financing programme to assist SMEs to adopt digitalisation and/or automation in their business operations in achieving
higher productivity, process efficiency, efficient cost management and greater market penetration.
- FINANCING PURPOSE
Purchases of:
· Working capital.
· Equipment and/or machinery;
· Computer hardware and software;
· IT solutions and services;
· Technology support services; and
· Other intangible assets to enhance productivity and efficiency.
11. PENJANA Tourism Financing (PTF)
- OBJECTIVE
· PTF is part of the Government’s efforts to aid the Malaysian SMEs in tourism sector. It is aimed to support SMEs by
preserving their capacity and assisting them to undertake the necessary investments to adjust and remain viable post
COVID-19.
